Elessa Hotel

During our delightful 7-night stay at Hotel Elessa in Santorini, my partner and I were treated to an extraordinary experience that exceeded even my discerning expectations. As someone who is meticulous about hotel accommodations and services, I was thoroughly impressed. Nestled amidst the picturesque landscape, Hotel Elessa boasts a breathtaking view of the mountains and enjoys an advantageous location in the serene city of Pyrgos. This tranquil and authentic Santorinian gem offers a local ambiance, in stark contrast to the bustling crowds of Oía. The hotel's strategic positioning adds to its charm, allowing for an immersive experience in the heart of the island's authenticity. One cannot help but be captivated by the hotel's impeccable service and genuine warmth. Each member of the staff contributed to our well-being, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was perfect. Their attentiveness and kindness truly made a lasting impression. A testament to modern design sensibilities, Hotel Elessa is a masterpiece of architectural aesthetics. As someone with an eye for interior design, I was enthralled by the thoughtfully curated decor. The rooms exude spaciousness and comfort, with luxuriously comfortable beds that beckon relaxation. The inclusion of a pool and essential amenities ensured that every need was met. A symphony of tranquility and local charm, the hotel seamlessly blends contemporary elements with authentic architectural nuances. This harmonious fusion creates an ambiance of serenity that permeates throughout the property. The breakfast experience at Hotel Elessa stands as a testament to the hotel's commitment to quality. Offering an array of fresh and high-quality choices (quality not quantity!) each morning's meal was a delightful affair that set the tone for the day ahead. In summary, my inclination to recommend accommodations is rare, but Hotel Elessa has left an indelible mark on me.

The rooms, the view, the property and the staff all incredible. Great location to explore all parts of santorini. Great food, great everything. We stayed in one of the suites with a private pool and it was perfect!!

Everything at our stay in Elessa Hotel was wonderful. The staff was attentive and welcoming at every contact. To make you feel comfortable they were willing to go an extra mile. The moment they acknowledged that the trip was actually our honeymoon, we were offered a room upgrade free of any charge. Charis from the reception made us feel taken care of exceptionally - although we checked-in close to midnight, he was eager to show us around the hotel and welcome us with drinks, home-made ice cream and pastries. During the stay he helped us reserve a front-row sunset table in the capital and was very helpful with making any plans. The hotel has a top design- beautiful interiors with earthy, light tones creating a warm space. Our suite had a panoramic view on the sea and the hills. The equipment was the highest quality - linen bathrobes, fresh and soft cotton towels, Korres care products, very comfortable sunbeds. At breakfast you are served fresh from the oven bread and pastries. The hotel has an excellent restaurant at the facility. We had an opportunity to get served an exquisite dinner- definitely the best one we had during our stay. 100m from the hotel you will find traditional greek taverns and cafe’s in the center of Pyrgos which we also enjoyed. Santorini tends to be busy and overcrowded, however, in Elessa hotel you can really get away from the hustle and bustle and clear your head. The rooms offer maximum comfort and privacy.

The property is gorgeous, the architecture, decor and view is picturesque, the property is maintained and cleaned meticulously. The rooms are full of all essential amenities, very spacious the plunge pool is just the perfect temperature at all times, the bedding and towels are really high quality, and replenished regularly. The staff are a credit to the hotel, very polite, efficient and eager to look after you, nothing is to much trouble. The owners are very present within the property, very friendly and welcoming, you can tell all involved in this hotel have a lot of pride and are all dedicated to insure its the best option on the market, the view from the pool and the comfy sun lounger is outstanding, the music is the perfect volume and a great mixture, very relaxing and sets a very nice atmosphere, the restaurant is very modern and stylish and the food is outstanding, by far the best food we have had and we travelled across 4 islands, the local ingredients that are used in everything showcase the the true traditions of greece, the drinks are very well made and strong, the pricing is very fair and if your looking for value for your money you will get it at Elessa in abundance. We where contacted before our arrival to see if the hotel could help us in anyway I.e transport from the port or rentals for our stay (the hotel want to insure that people enjoy their stay and don't fall into the dodgy rental companies that take away from it) from check in to check out our stay was out of this world, there was so many little gestures throughout our stay, to many to list but it just added to whole experience, I work in hotels in Ireland so my expectation is higher than most bust myself and my wife where completely blown away, we honestly could not pick 1 fault with our whole experience. We did not want to leave the hotel at all during our stay and would highly recommend this property without hesitation.

One of the most newest and 5-star hotel at Santorini with beautiful design and breathtaking views. The service, staff, rooms,restaurant,..., everything was superior! You are only max 15 minutes from everywhere, perfect place to stay in Santorini. The owners are always present at the hotel, they take care of you like a family member. Thanks for everything, we will come back in the summer of 2024!
